Horde on this server is great atm, we just need alliance guilds to join in so we can have again balanced server.

Started playing Alliance on this server this week and had a blast already. Community is growing there, both Horde and Alliance.
Started on Thekal first but this queue is insaneâŚ
Seems like you have a completely different experience than mine. Yesterday i found karazhan, ssc, tk, bt raids without even waiting. Then we did warsong gultch premades to equip alts with pvp gear. We arranged a sunwell for this week also.
Yes, people, move to mograine.
If several guilds actually created a movement to move over there, Iâd be joining them. But I doubt anything more than a couple hundred individuals will be moving there.
Blizz should just split up Gehennas into two, as these âoh you can move if you likeâ things never work unless there is something forcing people to move. How that would be done, no idea, but it would be great to have 2x 15k player servers instead of 1x 30k.

For sure there will be a lot more people moving here if faction balance is more healthier then Firemaw/Gehenas
People are joining but the truth is there is no core, stable, old and known guilds, just randoms that joined hypetrain, made guilds full of randoms that will dissapear few moments later.
The saddest fact is Blizzard suddenly locked transfer into Golemagg and I cannot escape to my guild

Not sure if you are still checking out this post or transferred already⌠but for anyone else interested,
Mograine is now a âHighâ pop server. I was still able to transfer characters to Mograine.
I recently had a similar dilemma, as my main characters are on Gahennas, and on top of the massive queues at peak times, the server is simply unplayable right now. So much lag when trying to hand in quests, use Auction House or access my mail. Sometimes having to wait 3 minutes for the game to respond. Vendors are also the same. Disconnections are also frequent. I have played on Thekal, and that server isnât anywhere near as bad as Gahennas in terms of the lag and it being unplayable, but the queues are even worse than Gahennas.
I had taken some screen shots of the starting areas on Horde, which seemed really populated, but try as I might it wonât allow me to post these images or links, I believe because I am new to posting on the forums.
As well as the starting areas seeming full of life, the major cities Orgrimmar and Undercity, also really populated. Orgrimmar especially has mass amount of players filling up the main areas, it looks bustling with life!
I have gone ahead and transferred my main character with the bulk of my assets over to Mograine. I was more than pleased with its current population.
I will advise, it seems like a Horde dominated server, so I have no idea what it would be like as an Alliance.
If you donât want to take my word, Iâd suggest to make new characters to check out the starting area of Mograine, and possibly quickly run up to Orgrimmar from Durotar, but you will quickly see what I mean about the population seeming more than adequate of players of all levels.

If you want to see how many players are online in the LookingForGroup channel on any server in mere seconds you can do the following.
/run print(GetChannelDisplayInfo(6))
This will show you how many players are currently in the LookingForGroup channel.

I moved today from Gehennas. No point on being on a big server if you canât play. Sit in queue for 2 hours and then it lags so bad you just give up and exit game.
Now I can do whatever I want whenever I want. Youâre not gonna find 10x ZA 10x KARA 10x BT runs 24/7 but itâs fine. Seems like most people are leveling here. Feels like a fresh server almost, no gdkp either.
