Mok'Rash drops no loot or quest item

Hello,

as mentioned in the title Mok’Rash does not drop any loot when killed solo, in a group or as a raid. Is there any reason for this? It can’t be due to being a skull, since other mobs that I have killed solo and that are skulls do in fact drop loot. I feel like the effort of killing a lvl 46+ elite solo or as a grp should at least be rewarded with the quest item the mob is supposed to drop.

Certain mobs have disabled item spawns until the next phase rolls in to prevent players getting a head start, Mok’Rash is one of them.
