i just started back playing after a long time and went to do the world boss in vuldune and was my first world boss in bfa for a very long time as it never help with gears ect so just went to do the boss as it would count as a world quest done and just like that it dropped as getting it 1st character i thought was super high drop rate anyway i asked in my guild chat they said it was rare so why make it drop from a world boss that has rotation i mean i got it im happy but for the real mount collectors this is a nightmare , anyway hope you guys can get it 
Few weeks ago i just randomly stopped there while doing Vol’dun world quests for the emissary and i got it as well. Didn’t even knew that it had a chance of dropping that mount.
Had it on my 16th try or so (today). I never saw it as that rare, hearing from other players doing the alt army routine and getting it in sensible amount of tries.
There is a lot of stuff out there that is way worse.
did it with 8th character in the first week , but I know of ppls trying with 30 and not getting it, it is random sadly… but I thought the drop rate was not as bad as Mechagon and others , just my subjective opinion tough…
Been trying with an army of alts + bonus roll for each. No luck sadly. 
Been doing that since patch. Biggest annoyance is the wait time until this World Boss comes again… x_x

Does it drop from bonus?
It should! It’s still bonus loot, right? :S
Mounts don’t usually drop from rerolls. There are very few exceptions.

Aye some don’t, some do.
Would be nice if someone confirmed it for Mollie, if they got it from a bonus roll or not. Would help me save up on those rolls in any case ^^
This boss drops loot push to bags, so I doubt that mount is bonus rolled
I got it on my first kill on release; didn’t even know it existed
