This quest still allways when teleported form OG to Hyjal teleports me back to Dalaran act like I left timezone. Even tried fly over… still nah.
I would like to see quick fix.
You don’t have to fly there: go to OG and then take the portal to Mount Hyjal. The portal is at The Valley of Wisdom.
I tried this, but it have same outcome.
Edit: Just don’t move trought building 
working now.
I had the same, flew over there in a straight line and it worked.
Used the building to teleport to dalaran xd
