Monk 110-120 Leveling route? Help!

Hello!
I wanted to ask what is the fastest way to lvl from 110-120?
I tried DPS thinking i can just breeze through things very fast but the survivability is atrocious, so I tried Tank spec and its much better but things are a lot slower.
+ Draught of Land and Heirlooms for extra EXP.

But its still such a drag for me, the leveling experience is burning me out really fast to only level 1/4 of a level everyday.

What is the best way to lvl faster that I maybe missing? Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated

Spec tank, spam dungeons, easy win. Though, the best time is usually timewalking, but dungeon spam is pretty nice and fast XP anyway. I usually got 1-1.5 levels a day on a slow day.

I’d start doing the questline & The alliance islands so you dont have to do them at max level & get ahead of the rep grind

Use the addon Azeroth Auto pilot. That + draught of 10 lands + Heirlooms makes leveling pretty fast.

You could do Battlegrounds too. That way you get alot of experience.
