the monk buff from the daily " enlightenment" used to give you 50% increase xp buff for 1 hour. i just got on my 89, got the buff and dinged 90. but when i looked at it, there is no 50% xp buff, it is now a MASTERY buff (+93).
saw one person on wowhead say in late october that it no longer gave xp above 110, so one would presume it should still have given xp UP TO 110.
does this buff exist at ANY lvl now?

DId they buff it after MoP? For all I’ve played a monk it swapped to Mastery after you dinged 85 so Monks didn’t get a boost for MoP leveling.
i had it 85-89 at least. seems to have been issues throughout legion with it cause of scaling. but it might only be mastery past 90. dunno why it changed buff mid duration from xp to mastery if thats the case. also its not noted very well cause you can still do the dailies well past 90 and the buff icon looks the same. very misleading :\
I think monk XP buff is mop exclusive, when level cap was 90. I leveled monk at the start of the legion, and there was no XP buff past 89 either.
Could be just my poor memory remembering it to be 85, could be 89 as well.
maybe people talking about using it to lvl legion content are talking about stacking it so it never drops off. i kept getting the buff for my horde monk during from 20-110, thinking it gave xp the whole time. if i am wrong, and i may be it seems, i was wasting my time going back each hour.
they could at least give it a different icon and name so people dont get confused -_-

It wasn’t stealth nerfed, this is intended behaviour, as someone who’s levelled countless monks I can tell you that level 90 was the cap for MoP and at that point the exp buff turns into the mastery buff.
When you reach level 90, you have essentially “mastered” the ways of the monk, so the game no longer gives you the EXP buff, instead just honour points
it sucks hard, i would prefer the EXP buff up until level 110 at least.
It has always been that way, when you hit level 90 it turns into a stat like mastery.
