What essense and traits are best for monk healers and what secdoery stath are best ?
This guide is fairly decent, a good starting point. But to answer your question, we’d need to do what you’re aiming for: PvP, M+, or Raids? You need different traits, essences, stats and corruptions for all three.
In PvP, versatility will be king, or so I heard. In M+, haste is very useful with rising mist. In Raids, where you will likely not play rising mist, crit becomes more important.
