I intend to use WW primarily in PVP and M+, struggling to get the rotation down can anyone recommend me a reliable guide or even better a youtuber with up to date information? 
I think wowhead spells rotation and priorities very well. You just need to be flexible and think ahead because there are many variables involved. And take tomes they help when you need to switch talents for some encounters. The rotation is priority based.
