Since enlightment boosts exp from killing mobs + quests by 50%, should I start lvling doing quests, or is rdf still the best choice? Lvl22 atm.

I mean, you can cheese it by finishing as many quests as possible before getting the buff, then doing a quick hand-in of the stack. Probably not as useful now that WoW tends to give you 4 quests, let you finish them, then give you 4 more.
Personally I’d just say go tank or heal and queue the dungeon finder. If you get one you haven’t done before, there’s 2-3 quests at the entrance, plus all the kills. As a level 38 resto shaman, my alt rarely queues more than 5 mins, so there’s usually be 2-3 dungeons in that our. Go tank for zero queues, or if you prefer it to healing.
