(…but stopping melee melee’ing with insane slows, spammable roots, fears, poly’s, cyclones, hex’s, MC’s, disorients, horrifieds, micro roots, roots that don’t break on dmg, knockbacks, frost traps, RoF’s, Vortex’s, food that slows melee, melee’ing own spells slowing them …is perfectly legit).
2s FSK
…there are other specs who can outrun WW so why we needed a mobility nerf is beyond me.
Steering FSK was great too.
25s Transcendence
…used to be part of my rotation switching between targets & covering flags (doubly good with a built in heal).
Now it’s kind of reserved for ‘emergency use only’ & even then it’s situational -knocked off a cliff? just port back up! (knockbacks on 30s cd, port on 45s …thanks).
100% Karma baseline
…popping your biggest, strongest defensive & dying in 2s just feels ridiculous.
Healing Elixirs
…caught in a perpetual stunlock? Healing elixirs had your back.
tbf, Control the Mists / Reverse Harm aren’t bad replacements for otherwise weaving in heals.
GCD
…is just painful.
Can’t react as quick as we used to (using port to break a fall / port to safety / incap freecasters etc) & we squeeze in fewer abilities if&when we do finally connect to specs who can perma spam cc’s.
SotWL, port heals, karma heals were great additions to WW, damn shame they scrapped them.
