Monk "T2" shoulders on display do not match the set we get

The shoulders on display next to the vendor look way cooler but they are not included with the set we get from the vendor. Does anyone know how to get them?

File a bug in game. It wont get them for you but I’ll let Blizzard know.

I thought this was a troll, but i checked in game and it is indeed the case. The mannequins have spikes and dark lightning on the shoulders.
The version we got has no spikes and has light blue lightning effect that are also less prevalent.

I looked it up and the promotional materials do correspond to the set we got. So, i suppose that spiky set is a previous design that made it in game.
Would be nice it to make it available too.
