Hi,
I have leveled a Windwalker Monk from level 1 to 87 and have noticed a stutter every 5 seconds which will drop my FPS from 237 to 235. When it happens, it is obvious and can become jarring when trying to play. I can also see the stutter happening in my monitoring tools.
Things I’ve tried -
Deleting WoW folder and reinstalling
Resetting Windows
Deleting character specific folders in the WOW folder
Uninstalling all addons
Different settings in game from low, medium to high
Resetting CVARs
Taking off all gear
Resetting keybinds
Hiding UI
After further testing, I found that on another character in the exact same location, the issue is not present. As soon as I switch back to the Monk, the stutter returns.
Going from Windwalker to Brewmaster also fixes the issue so I believe there is an issue itself with the Windwalker spec.
I’ve submitted a bug report as it isn’t an issue on my PC, i just wanted to put this here in case anyone had the issue or has any input.
