we are only talking about the minor VOP for ww. As major VOP can result in a dps loss.

I prefer a boring trait as brewmaster’s than an insta raid kill like mistweaver’s in certain encounters. Oh yay a revival just proced when there were instant ko debuffs that shouldn’t be dispelled fast, what a fun proc 
Just a question, VoP does say it reduces Serenity, but it does not ?
