I ve been in winterspring to the NPC supposed to sell it, she had nothing for me.
The recipe is on AH, quite expensive.
Why?
Is it not a simple item from npc vendor, btw wich one on retail?
I think it might be a limited item. Only 1 for sale at a time. You have to camp the vendor and hope to catch a respawn.
If that’s still the case.

Maybe leave another char next to the vendor, check if it’s ‘in stock’. If not, log him out, carry on playing main and then keep checking back every hour, few hours, whenever.
It makes no difference to the vendor if on AH or not.
The recipe is available on the very first page as the first item for 2 GOLD PLEASE upvote so people dont go through 45+ mins of wasted time or maybe more.
