Moonkin Form should be a stance, so you don’t have to recast it every time you use Travel Form or Dash or Stampeding Roar or Prowl.

It is long overdue to remove the GCD from shapeshifting. The fact that they introduce a talent like Fluid Form to put a bandaid on the mess they created should be illustration enough. If they want to prevent powershifting in PvP, there are much more elegant ways to do that.
