Moonspirit form question

Hello, i have a question about the Moonspirit hidden form for feral. I got 3 druids and so im doing the ‘‘quest’’ with all of them, i got the stone from Duskwood obtained with 1 and Feralas with another Druid. My question is, do i only have to wait and find the last stone at Hinterlands with whatever druid or do i have to get the 3 stones on 1 same character?

You have to get all stones on the same char for it to work .
