I have visited several Moonwells to create Primal Mooncloth, but it seems it doesn’t recognize the Moonwell even i’m standing in it. Have anyone else the same problem?

my partner is having the same issue but with regular mooncloth. can’t seem to make it anywhere. 
Disabled all addons to see if there was a conflict somewhere, but no joy…
UPDATE:
Moonwell of Cleansing (60.74) and Raynewood Tower (60.58) in Ashenvale are still working.
