I was wondering and talked about this when Blizz first introduced the transmog option for MoP legendary cloaks at start of Legion but here we go again.
Would it please please be possible if you transmog the cloak for it to have the proc effect? >.> It’s really really cool and it doesn’t have anything tied to the functionality as far as I understand becuase they proc even out of combat when you have them equipped so it should be fine to just make them proc if you have them transmogged right? pleeease. Would make my day, month, maybe year. xD

I second this, it would be very very cool.
I agree, I actually thought of this before, way back when MoP Cloaks were added to the game. And I always wanted to keep visual proc effect of Cloak since then, when using its appearance or not.
Being able to use its visual proc even when not using the item would be even better, I earned it, so I would like visual effect not to be tied to Legendary Cloak appearance, but rather added as an option to Transmog Interface.
And they should allow gray/white and starter gear to be transmoggable while they are at it. They removed some restrictions for Transmogging before, like allowing Legendaries to be transmogged. So we can just hope.

I don’t have the cloak myself, but I remember being in awe everytime I saw one of those effects. I would love to see those around again with Tmog.
