Make your own group/guild groups.
Problem solved, you are not ‘forced’ to play around GDKP and people leaving heroic dungeons.

I have a small hope that blizzard will deal with the pve items (some of which are gamebreaking) in arena. We saw it in tbc, saw it in wotlk, and most likely now in cata too.

They banned some pve items in tbc arena, why did they stop?

Unless they deal with the pve items, this is gonna be a waiting room for me as well:/

If this is your complaint about cataclysm, how can you be sure the same thing will not happen in MoP? It might even be worse with flex raiding, people leaving even raid as they please.
