Hunters can simply kill any 50 max level bosses and get the trinker, While melee still have to run to the very end of BRD every try.

This is a conscious decision to prevent huntards from rolling on HoJ, which is now BiS even for ranged hunters for some reason

There is no “cannot be used simultaneously with HoJ” on this item.
Hunters will not be spamming emp runs because they know it’s easier to just buy it from the vendor, therefore lowering the competition for it for the normal classes
