Would I love to make my human female paladin walk around in skimpy attire and heels? Yes. Lord yes. After all she’s myn!

But hey I can see the flip side of the coin. And can totally understand why people wouldn’t want it incorporated. In fact I think I’d probably side with them for my own sanity.

Yes. Pixelated chics do get me going. Do I give a flying hoot? Pffft nah. Weeb for life :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: :hugs:

The most successful people in the world are known to be weebs. No shame in being a weeb

This is something that kindof annoys me as well…

There are a lot of outfits in the game like this, but somewhere around Wrath it just stopped. So you can get skimpy clothes, but they all look like they’re straight out of 2005.

And now one of the transmog options is literally a bra. Like - just a bra. By hiding the chest piece on females.

If we’re gonna have skimpy outfits in the game we might as well make them look as good as they can. :stuck_out_tongue:

I’m all for skimpy outfits as long as males are not excluded.

Oh, and by that they should actually add tasteful sets. Not platekinis. They look horrible.

platekinis look fine, only issue theyre super low ress.

That’s not my issue with them. I just find them distasteful, not to mention unimmersive. Padded chainmail around your chest that exposes some cleavage along with a short skirt, fine. But platekinis are super over the top and even if they were given a HD overhaul would still look silly.

Coughs Night Elves in the Vanilla Cinematic…

Personally I find skimpy armour ridiculous, unless it is a cultural thing, I mean the Spartans were fairly ridiculous on that front, but pretty successful, if not the most successful warrior nation of their time…

I’d rather wear as much armour as possible that does not inhibit my ability to fight. I mean by that definition, -most- Warcraft armour is not immersive. I don’t want my armour’s shoulders to glow with firey patterns, as that would cut out my peripheral vision, I don’t want most of the Warrior armour from Vanilla onwards, as it would restrict your ability to fight, I especially don’t want armour with stupid blades on it, that would pierce my own skull if I tried to parry an enemy overhead blow…

A -lot-, in fact I’d say -most- of the Armour in Warcraft is not immersive…

But, Warcrafts setting shows us that Orcs and Trolls love that stuff, so do Paladins, Shamans, Night Elves are skimpy as hell in the original depictions…

Lets be honest, Its not immersion…

Some people don’t want WoW setting armour types because they are worried they will go all a flutter if their character shows some thigh, or belly, despite…a lot of cultures in game doing so…

Not my bag, but then, very Warcraft I suppose…

No but troll feet look very normal, nothing eww about them.

WoW is definitely not the best choice for those people who are looking for realistic armor and weapons. I mean, most of the shoulderpads in this game are so ridiculously huge that one can barely fit through a doorway while wearing them.

And don’t get me started on the weapons… I can’t find any good 1H-swords for my blood elf mage - most of them are way too big. I really don’t want to walk around carrying a weapon that looks like a damn flagpole

Am I the only one worried about what kind of message Blizzard is trying to send to women by nerfing a character’s bust and cleavage? Should women with these features and not afraid to hide it be ashamed?

Not to mention that almost all the ā€œpracticalā€ and simple looking armors are from Vanilla…

Yes, you are right about that.

Pardon? While I agree the size of weapons are often out of whack, blood elf females have always suffered from the opposite end of the scale, where everything is the size of a toothpick. Even after they bumped up the size a bit, they’re still badly scaled.

I’m afraid I don’t quite agree with you. I actually liked the old weapon sizes much more. There are too many swords and staves that look so clumsy and big on my mage. One good example is the hidden artifact appearance for Felo’melorn (1H-sword). I have never used it, because it’s so huge. It’s such a shame - that sword is very beautiful otherwise.

Fighting enemies with a dagger, when for everyone else it’s a longsword, is ridiculous. At least they upgraded the dagger to a shortsword. I guess it’s more of an issue for characters that actually use their weapons (something we only get to do ā€œfor showā€ on mages) but since gear scales based on race/gender rather than class, making the weapons smaller really doesn’t work.

Well, I suppose it doesn’t really matter what size the weapons are - there will always be people who are not happy with it. I guess I’m one of those who prefer ā€œtoothpicksā€ :slightly_smiling_face:

Always nice to have when you’ve enjoyed a good meal at TaurenKing.

That’s it, Blizzard no longer has to makke new armors as we are able to be almost fully naked or fully plated.

Don’t waste your resources on making armor anymore blizz just reuse it.

You have to admit that my smaller sword would be so much more useful in that situation
