More void storage please!

Hi!
I’ve been playing WoW since launch with mainly one character and I have accumulated heaps of game items that either have a practical use in some way or are just pure memorabilia from times past. These are items I do not want to dispose of for one reason or another.

Back when void storage was introduced I was happy to offload my bags and get some more bag space. And since transmogrification and appearances was introduced I have been able to free up even more. But over time I’ve reached a point where everything is basically absolutely full. And this includes sending all non-soulbound items to alts.

The banking system is built on the option to purchase more bag space. Why can’t we have something similar for void storage? Just one more tab of void storage would help a lot, but more would be even better.

Thanks for listening!

Forgot this even exists…

I genuinely forgot that was a thing, last I used it was probably during Legion.

I’d rather they reworked it by placing a similar storage within the personal bank itself, without its unnecessary confirmation system.

This.

Void storage died long ago, OP. It’s purpose was to let you keep cosmetic items at a time when the transmog library didn’t exist. It should honestly have been abolished, with an extra couple of bank bags provided in its place.

How about they add more slots for your personal guild bank. The same amount of slots or Similar that can be in VS, but just for your personal bank instead. Or any bank in general (excluding guild banks).

BOOM! i just fixed the problem for you OP.

The void what?

I’m genuinely curious what kinds of stuff you’ve got filling your storage now

Mine just had some old MoP things, kinda forgot it even existed.

IDK about OP, but my paladin has some unvendorable tbc rings I didn’t bother deleting, the legendary from completing Antorus, and a helmet that tracks demons which I probably thought might be useful at the time. I also just stored Ashjklfm (legendary cape) as it can’t be ridden of and I have no use for it. Wish they’d let us throw artifacts in there too.

I guess you can also put there memorabilia you don’t want to get rid of like old legendaries to free bank space.

How about you hoard less?

i doubt blizzard cares. i hope they scrap it and just add more bank slots…especially older chars with 10+ years old deserve a FOTS extra 5 bank slots

Yep, same. Never used it and still have a lot of bank space. Never seen the need to keep unusable things for precious memories or bragging rights but each to their own.

I never used it

Yeah that’s true. Suppose everyone has their own kind of memorabilia as well which can add up to a lot over time.

Also if they ever add Dragonwrath’s mount form to the mount collection instead of being an on use effect I’m definitely storing that staff, I don’t want to vendor it.

I don’t think I even filled the first bank page on any of my characters.
It’s either in a collection tab now a days or one of the thousand useless gimmick items that can only be used in one specific zone from four expansions ago that I don’t even bother picking up.
Even the collection tab is just bloated with endless different coloration of spider pets and uninspired rep mounts using the same model skeletons and animations that has been around since vanilla.

If I am not actively using it at the moment it goes in the incinerator.

They’re about to meet my friend Arthur.

Void lords and Void storage.

My void storage is mostly empty. So many things can’t go in it and it’s really not all that practical.

I’d far prefer them to improve other storage like my bank, give me a second professions tab and another bag for storage in the bank.
