I always hated Molten core for the fact you gotta run all the way back to Ragnaros after you kill Majordomo. Took ages for wheelchair classes.
You mentioned the most boring ones though, Dragon Soul takes the cake by a mile though. The Ultraxion RP, spine fight and madness fight, all uber shi*.

Nothing beats dragon soul. I tried getting the rogue daggers. Nope, that’s a pain and a half, I won’t do spine of deathwing ever again, sorry :’)
I think Siege of Orgrimmar is my 2nd most hated, especially with all the chances for you to softlock yourself from progressing until the raid resets a few hours later just cause you killed the boss too quickly. I wanted some mogs from there but I’d rather not do this to myself. I don’t know how people do this.

Blast furance from Blackrock Foundry… and that raid probably offers the 2nd best transmog sets in game.
I’d add Mythic Kil’Jaeden to the list, as it has both a long afk wait AND a long sequence of mechanics with instant death that you have to do properly like when it was current.

Farming Tusks of Mannoroth (Shoulders) takes a long journey
This is the one for me. I hate doing all those long encounters everytime.
So I’ve stopped farming that raid.

14 raid bosses = very long to solo farm
although, a box machine boss is longer
Tried doing it solo. But during the 2nd intermission, Illidan never spawned. Ran around the entire platform until the boss enraged.
He died. But it was buggy.
There is a neat trick that will let you skip the suppression room in no time.
