Arms has basically a versa mastery since it increases damage on targets with your dot. (Actually bit worse than versa)
Feral is worse than versa because it only increases damage of bleeds and finishers, not even moonfire. And yet it’s a main stat.
Yeah Outlaw is great (rogue is my 2nd class, outlaw is main spec) but still some areas for love. I’d added an edit for a suggested Loaded Dice rework as well. Which would synergise with the Grand Melee chance in making a Mastery build of rogue viable (where said rogue takes LD in order to purposefully fish for grand melee for their damage).
Maybe main gauche although boring by itself is fine as mastery as it provides some bonuses aside just doing damage.
I would still recommend blizzard to add some interaction with roll the bones with mastery, which in my opinion count the odds would be perfect.
They could merge the two, mastery increases main gauche proc chance, and roll the bones efficiency, with count the odds. Instead of increasing the damage of the main gauche and the proc rate, which is not nearly as fun.
So basically you would get main gauche mostly as a extra energy generation, no one cares about main gauche damage so it might as well be almost non existent, it’s completely passive and doesn;t add anything, instead count the odds is a really cool ability that actually does something.
Oh one thing that came to mind, i think slice and dice should become completely passive, no one actually likes pressing that ability, no one is like, damn i get to use slice and dice over dispatch so fun!
Make it so when you use combo point abilities it grants you 2 seconds of slice and dice per point or 3 seconds. For each spec, not just outlaw.
