So I decided to chase the Mountacular Achiev and try to get 250 mounts. Now I’m not massive into mount collecting by any means but man do I feel peeved.
Seeing 240 mounts in my mount journal I thought sod it , I might as well start farming easy ones and going for the 250 right? Finally get the hawk for my DH. hell yeah!
Trollolololol it’s only ‘usbable by one character’. Just get in the bin man. This is BS. Guides told me to go and buy all the faction mounts. What’s the point in that if they aren’t usable by 1 char?
According to the achieve I’m 212/250 on a warlock. To regular mount farmers this is probably childs play but I can’t help but feel cheated
The only saving grace is I got the raptor from ZG within like 15-20 runs. I want the panther but I really don’t see me continuing to farm mounts when I’m THAT far off.

Problem with buying all factions mounts on both sides is that the only count as one as a undead horse counts as a human horse so in realitiy one mount.
I am up to 608 mounts atm and there is until 9.2 another 120ish mounts i can grind/collect and then another 70 coming with 9.2.

I’ve downloaded the addon you linked so I’ll give that a go and try to configure it / understand it.
608 mounts is absolutely wild. I guess that is what’s possible when you don’t take extended breaks xD
Seeing as you have so many. What would you advise? I don’t see me having the patience to go past 250 at all. I’d love to get the green hoofbeasts achieve mount but that’s 400 iirc :’(
Are rep mounts not worth the time?
Rep ones are worth just do not buy both horde and allaince as that would be a waste of gold.
Also use a human and a paladin if you can to collect as they get extra free mounts and extra quick rep

I’m very close to getting Firelands / Throne / HFC and some others.
Was spamming ZG on about 15 chars. got the raptor in 20 ish tries. Everything just takes time and it’s a bit of a headache to create a methodical order
Edit : But in answer to your actual Q. No I don’t have many of them
if the tbc timewalking event is on (should come up very soon if im not mistaken? dont quote me on this one) you can get the netherwing drake mounts pretty much in one go i think.
There aren’t lots of them One for heroic dungeons per expansion and two or three for raids per expansion (starting in Wrath).
I enjoyed doing the Glory achieves themselves I didn’t really do them for the mounts.
