Mount combat fits more to dks than paladins because all that fantasy theme horseman of apocalypse.In legion we have option for that from legion class hall so talent is already in game so it would be easy to implement talent in other expansion.Remove wrath walk replace it with insta mount combat 100%speed,remove all roots,immune to slowing and pushback effect for 5-10sec they can name it wrath raider or some cooler name.
For real it doesnt make sense for paladin to have that ability.

Even the animation of wrath walk is like we are walking like a ghost it just remove the first root. It would be better at least to be immune in all duration. the game got alot roots. Remove one istant another.
