According your collection you do have Mechacycle Model W?
Make sure that you did not tick special marks in showing your mounts collection tab.

The Armadillo Roller was added in patch 11.0 and is not related to but a work in progress. It is a placeholder for a potential future project.
The achievement “Mecha-Done” which you did back then in 2022 grants you Keys to the Model W and therefore Mechacycle Model W in your screenshot is the first mount from the three:
