Mount skill

hey. i lost my 150 raid skill when i tranfered too TBC Classic.
can you please fix it?

Edit: I see you made another one over at technical support earlier too. Please don’t do that. You’re supposed to get an appropriate riding skill for the highest quality mount you own though when TBC hits the servers.

Sorry for that. So i need to wait 2 weeks before i can use my epic mount again? What about the other players running around on epic mount? So i either have to buy a 60% mount or pay 600+ gold again to use my epic mount til TBC hits?

I have the same problem, was using my epic mount fine the day before yesterday. Wasn’t able to play since I don’t have enough gold to relearn epic riding. I sent a ticket yesterday, still hasn’t been seen.

Would probably have been better to report it as a bug ingame which goes direct to the people who can fix it.

Every time I tried to report it, it just sent me to an faq where I obviously didn’t find a solution. After many minutes I managed to make a ticket through ‘restore profession’. Still waiting a reply and can’t check ingame yet since I have work. I hope it’s fixed soon, I want to level blacksmithing before burning crusade classic launch but I doubt I will get there with no mount and no auction house. :frowning:

Also I’d like to note; I had epic riding on the PTR and have it on the beta after copying this character to them before the pre-patch went live.

If it was sending you to an FAQ then you were not clicking the Report a Bug option that is a dirty great big button on the top left of the screen.

It is NOT “report an issue -> technical -> gameplay” at the bottom right.

Update: There is no ‘dirty great big button on the top left of the screen’ after I open the support window. However, I did find a well hidden ‘submit bug/feedback’ button where, after I submitted the bug, I got a message saying I will not receive a response but my bug will be looked at. So i’m unable to use my mount until when exactly? Classic is nothing like vanilla, problems like these were fixed very quickly by a friendly GM. What happened?

Using the bug report sends it straight to the team that deals with bugs so they can investigate what’s wrong & fix it. It doesn’t sound like something a GM would be able to fix either now or back in vanilla.

It got fixed by the restore profession ticket. Just had to wait 2 days since other people have open tickets for other problems. Glad to see it does work in the same way as it used to and it is something a GM can fix. Thanks all for your input.
