Does Riding crop+carrot on a stick+ mithril spurs+ mount speed enchant on gloves all stack with a 280% flying mount?

(existing) carrot + (existing) glove enchant + (existing) spurs = 10%
(new) riding crop = 10%
and the latter does not stack with any of the former. The idea seems to be that you no longer need to take up spots in your bag for just riding boots and riding gloves and a trinket; now you just have the one trinket. Sounds good to me.
