There are a lot of codes being sold and bought to/by EU people on the wowmarket discord for 1.5m. So it does work in one way at least.
The actual item codes are not region bound.
The promo codes needed to get those codes are

A lot of stuff thats legal in the US is banned in the EU (or how much is in the product). Its why there was such an uproar a few years ago in regards of labeling whats in the food for US products that are being sold over here (we donât give them the benefit of the doubt even within legal range).
A lot of the stuff over there thats also being sold here is made different even within legal ranges. Coca cola for instance has cane sugar over here but corn syrup/sweetener in the US.
Another good example is our bread. People who have gluten intolerance have a hard time with it in the US but are having no issues when eating bread thats made in the EU. The makeup is different.

That is why when a friend gave me cola from the US it tasted so incredulously sweet. I was like, what kind of cola did I have in EU? But there are indeed reasons why the material makeup is different due health and so on.
I think its already different even in Mexico in regards of Coca Colas makeup. So basically the US is the only country that uses this particular sweetener.
Wasnt it southpark that made a joke about it at some point? Or was it Spongebob? Basically their burgers were filled with âgood looking poopâ and nobody cared because it looked/tasted good.

Since I expect (sadly) for Trump to win there might actually be some hopium for Americans here, because Trump has said RFK will take over the FDA and ban pretty much everything the EU bans.

Promotion codes are only needed for validation to be THEN sent a redemption code which can be used on your Battle.net account no matter the region.

Every US election reminds me of the Southpark Election episode about a certain sandwich and the word I cant utter without being send on vacation.

Basically this election is a brash old guy who flames everybody vs a screeching trainwreck who wasnât elected to be front runner in the first place.
Itâs an absolute disgrace. I donât know how Americans are putting up with it.
Blizzard should to be teaming up
with other beverage makers and promoting healther drinks than Mountain Dew. For example beers, wines and spirits. Especially since Iâm sure there are young children who play.

Itâs more like a sport, they donât want to see their political party lose or they donât want the other to win. They donât look at the long term consequences and ultimately even vote against themselves.
This is something that happens in EU too sadge.
