Mounts and pets account wide on wotlk classic?

I don’t think this will happen in WOTLK.
Achievements are the only you can have account-wide on WotLK classic (and even sharing achievements with retail) because unlike mounts and pets that can be done through addons. You can use my addon Crossover Achievements for that.

They are account-wide in retail. That version of the game might be better suited for you.

No, ty. My point was to be able to use all my mounts on every character in the first place.

step 1. remove heirlooms

step 2. give permanent exp buff

step 3. add a new item to the badge vendors that lets you choose 1 mount from your other character to make account wide

step 4. profit $$
