Hi.
According to my achievement log, I have 249 mounts (Rookie I know) but have collected 4 mounts since and it’s still 249, and I’m trying to get the 250 mount collection but none of these are counting. 
I have 296 mounts in total.
What’s going on?
Do you have a paladin or warlock alt you can log them and should push them over.
And what 4 mounts did you get btw ?
I have a pally. I just got 2 mammoths from Storm peaks, Amarni bear from Zul
Very weird you didnt get the 250 then try logging out clearing cache and log back onto pala should do the trick and pre gz to you.
Why my Pally if I may ask?
The reason i do this is because pala and lock have 2 to 3 more “free” mounts and for some quirky reason there tally is always higher in the achivement tab when checking

Its with many things, not just mounts. Check different characters and you will see a major discrepancy in achievements too while people have reportedly had stuff get “lost” after faction transfers. Rumours have it that the technology doesnt exist to fix this.

I had to do that a few months ago also. It’s been a known quirk with those achievements for years. Typical Blizzard! 
Yes, me too. It’s the only time my poor paladin gets resurrected. It would be helpful if Blizz could make it so the mount count on each character was the number that counted towards achievements but I guess it’s something that’ll never happen
