Ran into a problem where I cannot see any of my mounts in the collection tab. I can mount the ones that I have added into my action bar and by using /cast, but that’s suboptimal.
I have already tried to reset my user interface, but that didn’t help. I received a mount a couple of days ago which started this. Afterwards I have received one more mount (count went up), but it didn’t have an effect on the visibility of the mounts.
Seems I cannot include the screenshot/link to a screenshot here but I have a screenshot of the mount collection page.
It would be interesting to see, what example is visible in your interface. Generally speaking though, those issues are resolved with an interface reset. I know you mentioned that you tried that, but have a look into the article and check if it was performed correctly.
I’ll also throw in the possibility that the filter options for mounts have changed. In your collection of mounts, at the top right, make sure that all sources are checked.
Just to clarify, you say the filters are not in use. However you need the ‘collected’ filter to be ticked to see the mounts you have. That may already be the case and it’s just the way you worded it
