Mouse/camera problems

This is a problem when rightclicking to move camera it sometimes dont respond or it randomly just release camera while trying to move mouse. It appears to happen more oftenly when you move the mouse up and down but also randomly when moving sideways. attaching an youtube video that shows an example. I know atleast 3 guildies that have the same issue// Thankful for help <3

Happens to me since i think BFA and I read a lot about this, many people had this problem even before BFA and there is pretty much nothing you can do about it. There are some ways to kinda fix this but not really because those “fixes” create other annoying problems so I gave up on trying. I guess you can try updating mouse drivers and set DPI to like 900~ and disable mouse acceleration etc.

Hey Huuset,

It looks like an invisible “box” is preventing the mouse clicks from happening. It is possible that one of your addons has a UI element in that area, but is not in use at the moment (invisible). Please go through the steps to clear your UI (addons) completely and test again to see if it still happens afterwards.

I believe /fstack shows you what ui element it is :slight_smile:

its a common issue with mouses these days, its the microswitch under the bottom thats breaking down, if you still have warranty you can contact the manufacturer and get it replaced.

when i still had a razer mouse i contacted razer and they told me to cut off the USB cable and send a picture as proof, day after i got a tracking number for a new mouse, it broke down again a year after tho and then i just bought a asus one with swapable microswitches.

the invisible box and /fstack is a fix for when you cant click on some parts of the screen but this doesnt fix your mouse randomly releasing the buttom.
