My mouse works fine in the char menu, in options, and for moving stuff on my actionbars. But it doesnt work for clicking npc’s moving the camera and my char around. It seems to have happened with the new patch

I have this exact issue but only on one character. Going through addons now to see if anything is weird but so confused. I can run with wasd but running or moving with left/right mouse or middle mouse doesn’t work at all.
Yeah its so wierd, I have a macro on my mouse that spams space bar. And that works ingame. So its just clicking that doesnt work
Edit: It seems to be an addon that isnt updated to new patch. Cus when i uncheck “load out of date addons” It works. Dont know which addon it is tho…
It’s Opie for me. Disabling Opie makes everything work fine, hopefully this helps someone else!

Same for me. Discovered your post only after I found the evil doer by trial and error, but thanks all the same.
Oh no, i am completely dependent on Opie lol. There is just no going back to not using it.
Screw the cooldown manager, Opie’s functionality is what they should have put into the game.
