Mouse moving on its own

Since of today my mouse started to move on its own whenever I start up the game.
Here an example video:

What I tried so far:
Changing my WTF folders name and letting it create a fresh one. This one fixes the issue but I really don’t want to do that though since I have a lot of settings on my characters.
Removing some random Addons like ConsolePort or DynamicCam but this does not help.
/console rawMouseEnable 0 does also not help.
Tabbing in and out does actually remove this issue but I afraid that this bug accures while I am doing a Mythic Plus instance or something similar.

Have you tried an exorcism?
And repairing the game files?

Found the issue. A 3rd party driver went rogue after an update. Had to uninstall it.

And this is the reason why you should only use drivers published AND SIGNED by your hardware maker.
