Mouseover cast option does not work with prayer of mending

So we go oOptions->combat->Mouseover Cast (Enable it)
Flash heal on my party frame works, same for renew, heal, flash heal. It does not work for prayer of mending.
Any ideas why?

nothing it does not cast it. Anyway to record a video to show it to you? Same problem with purify
