Hi im a noob ween it comes to macros and wonder if its possible to create one that combineds healing and dps. As ween i mouseover friendly unit frame it cast regrowh and ween my mouse is elswere it cast wrath on my focus target?

You can also use addons like Clique to accomplish pretty much the same thing without writing half a dozen macros.
I meen a macro like this
#showtooltip
/cast [@target,help] Rejuvenation; [@target,harm] Moonfire
But ad mouseover to Rejuvention
and focustarget to Moonfire
#showtooltip
/cast [@mouseover,help,nodead][@target,help] Rejuvenation; [@focustarget,harm,nodead][@target,harm] Moonfire

This should also work:
#showtooltip
/cast [@mouseover, help, exists] Regrowth; Wrath
It will cast Regrowth on your mouseover as long as it is friendly and alive. Otherwise it will cast Wrath on your current target as long as you have target selected.
You could add an extra condition in order for the macro to cast Regrowth on your current target, as long as it is alive and friendly, otherwise, it would cast Wrath. Mouseover would take priority over an existing target:
#showtooltip
/cast [@mouseover, help, exists] [help, exists] Regrowth; Wrath
The other macro with Rejuvenation and Moonfire:
#showtooltip
/cast [help, exists] Rejuvenation; Moonfire
None of the macros you posted test if @unit is alive, aka nodead.
Do you want it to cast on the unit you’ve set as your focus (@focus) or do you want it to cast on your focus’ target (@focustarget)
On my @focustarget but i figured it out so its working now🙂 But thanks for al the answers👍
OP would not need it but I missed she mentioned @focus as well.
