Mouseover with mod macro doesn't work after the new WotLK Classic patch

Hi all i need some help here before the new patch this macro works perfect:
#showtooltip
/use [target=mouseover,mod:alt] Regrowth
/use [target=mouseover,nomod] Nourish
After the new patch when i press alt it casts Regrowth only to myself and not to mouseover target. Nourish works fine.

Change your Self Cast Key to None. Surprised Blizz ported that bug over to Classic…
