Mousewheel dont work for macro

I have macros on my mousewheel and after entering mythic +14 my macros dont work when i am useing my scrollwheel but when i click on icon on my bars or move macro to normal keybaord key will work same on in raid after teleport

i think macros with mouseover dont work with mouse,youll need an addon called clique for that.

What Thedarksteel said. Unit frames eat mouse clicks so you need to set it up via an addon like Clique.

Or, use your mouse software to detect that WoW is running and apply a profile that replaces mouse 3,4,5 & wheel commands with key assignments instead.
