Hello. Is there a macro or addon which alows me to heal people just by mousovering their raid frames without detargeting the boss? Thank you 
Vuhdo for very customisable frames with mouseover, might be a bit complicated if your new to addons
Clique for mouseover spells, assigned from the spell book interface.
Or write a load of macros like:
/cast [@mouseover, help] heal; smite
This heals a target if you are moused over or casts smite if you are not
