I dont see any1 want to take rewind time over arcane blast i think its litle bit wierd add rune that is completely useless since arcane blast is a must for arcane healers so why would any1 waste their slot to rewind time rune?. I just dont get that.
Its why they added Spellfrost bolt, but spellfrost bolt is so weak that its not even worth it. Its not as mana efficient as arcane blast, deals 1/3rd the dmg of arcane blast, doesnt benefit from arctic reach, and worst of all, you have to choose it over missile barrage, which when paired with AB is superior in every way. Sadly chances are spellfrost bolt wont get buffed either because of its ability to interact with arcane blast. Though even with that interaction its still far weaker than missile barrage, so yeah, I guess mages have to deal with both subpar spellfrost bolt and an awkward rewind time for the time being until balefire bolt gets added, though itll probably be the same story as spellfrost bolt - it wont proc missile barrage and mages will once again be in an awkward spot. I really dont see to which rune they can move rewind time atm, perhaps on the wrists slot later on.
I think they could put to legs so you choose between massregen or rewind time it would be slot imo
Perhaps yea, but then arcane healers will cry about having to pick it over an aoe heal rune, but as it stands its so bad with its mana cost, range and only 15sec beacon, that it could definitely be moved to that slot and ppl wont care much.

Cause then you could make eather single target healer or group healer with englithement rune. Now it feels you just want do backup healer and put only dps runes.
