Moving mouse drops FPS (BFA)

As the title says.
Whenever I move my mouse, my FPS drops along with the speed of which I move my mouse.
I move the mouse very slowly and carefully around the screen, the FPS is fine.
I move quickly (You know, with the kind of speed that PvE and PvP scenarios require), the FPS drops dramatically, making the screen jump around, which is very disorientating.
Taking it to the extreme, if I move the mouse around rapidly without stopping, the screen will completely freeze until I stop.
I have tested this with 3 mouses’ (mice’s?), same thing happens.
Tried with in game graphics and graphics card set to as many options are I can think of, and no changes.
All drivers as well as Windows is up to date.
Tried with and without mouse drivers.
Also adjusted DPI setting to lows and high with no difference between them.

All of this is happening in Retail WoW (BfA)

Anyone have any idea what is going on?

Odd thing, maybe there is some overlay, addon that reacts to mouse movement in some odd way? Do you see any of this in other games?

Okay. I obviously jumped into this too soon.
I tested a fair amount of my other games (Including Classic), and it was also happening.
After finding it wasn’t exclusive to WoW, I looked up some other forums, and saw suggestions that it was the Polling Rate of my Mouse.
I changed it from 500hz to 125hz, and now the issue appears to be gone.
Hopefully this lasts.

Think I’ve read w10 2004 fixes this issue (dont quote me)
