I would like to move WoW classic from HDD to SSD, but i want to leave Retail WoW on HDD. Is it possible to do without reinstalling it?

Not sure cant see why it wouldn’t work, I have never tried with blizzard games but i have had different Origin games installed on different drives before that was done by accident though i copied some games over to a new HDD then downloaded another game and installed it on the wrong drive by mistake.
Only way to find out is give it a try and see if it works.

You can indeed use different installation directories/locations for World of Warcraft and World of Warcraft Classic. You can designate which folder to use, in the Settings. To update this, go into the Blizzard App Settings followed by the Game Install/Update and update the information there.

If you already installed it in the same location as WoW Retail, you will have to uninstall it and reinstall it again as it uses shared files from WoW Retail. When you install WoW Classic in a different location, it will copy all the files it needs from WoW Retail to your new location.
