Moving the cast bar

Easy question with hopefully an easy answer.

My cast bar sits JUST on top of 2 raid tiles when healing. I want to move it down a bit.

I run Bartender / enhanced raid frames / WeakAuras.

I don’t want to change to Elvui. Is there a way to move the cast bar using the above addon or can anyone suggest one - it’s simply for moving the bar. Nothing more.
