Without bothering with too much detail “Multi-Shot” as a BM Hunter is definately NOT hitting all of the targets its should. If you run lower level dungeons you will see that ones should be hit and killed are getting missed completely.
Theres a lot of dps in that if it happens just as readily on packs in mythic + for eg
