Hello. I tried accessing multiple characters that I had leveled during MOP remix (they still have the sandglass next to their names) but I get an error “login for that race class or character is currently disabled”. I submitted a ticket in game but the wait time seems to be 5d.
Tried character stuck service but it did not work.

This would be a side effect of Remix → Standard character conversions currently being disabled (for both Legion and MoP), and affected characters will be available again once that’s re-enabled.
We don’t have a specific timeframe at the moment, but keep an eye on the topic here for any updates:
Thank you for your reply. It seems the issue has been fixed for both remix versions and I was able to log into my MOP remix characters.
