Multiple DH-s on same realm?

So my question is: what happens if I create a second Demon Hunter on the same realm via the level 110 trial character option, and then unlock that character with a lvl 110 boost token? Keep in mind, I am not interested in things like the garrison mount farming thing with loads of instant 110 chars, I’m just curious if this is a “paid” option for me to have a Demon Hunter on both factions. Of course, this method would be skipping all of the class and Legion intro story, which is a shame (I’m never skipping quests or cutscenes), but I am quite fond of the class, and so I wouldn’t mind if the limit was semi-increased to one per faction per realm. Long story short: would this be an allowed thing, and not considered an exploit? I don’t want to end up with my second DH deleted and my token not refunded as punishment.

I don’t think that would work… but I don’t know.

If you are joined realm then you can create one on each server. For example I am on Eonar which is merged with Blades-Edge and Vek’li… something. My DH is on Eonar but I can change server to Blades-Edge create Twinky the Demon Hunter and send him all the resources he needs to get ahead in life.

Well the thing is, I’ve got up to the point of having a max level Nelf DH. Then I made a lvl 110 Belf trial one, both on Terenas. I did the horde intro questline to Zandalar, at which point the character trial is complete and the trial character gets locked, prompting that to unlock it permanently, I can use a lvl 110 boost token. It did say so ever since the trial character was made. I don’t think it would take much to make the game say “trial character not unlockable, 'cause of class limit” or somesuch, unless ofc they either did not think about this scenario, or it being an unannounced way to “buy” a second DH. Couldn’t find anything about this on the forums, so here I am, asking the question myself, instead of gambling and possibly wasting a boost token.

Interesting. You would have thought they would have stopped you making a trial. Personally I’d try and put a ticket in if it went wrong

I don’t know but there used to be a way to glitch the trial to turn it into a fully fledged new character (obviously as a lv98 starting in Mar’duun and not a trial). Never levelled mine but here’s an SS of my list for example;

Since Terenas seems to be connected to Emerald Dream, why don’t you make one there to avoid any uncertainties?

Ok, it’s not the same realm-name, but apart from that it practically is the same.

It’s not as important. I’m just curious if this is sanctioned by Blizz. I mean… a lvl 110 boost token isn’t cheap, so I’d say it’s well worth allowing it. My peeve with it is that I don’t get to experience the whole story like that. And it’s not worth for me going to other realms, just to create a char for story’s sake. Honestly, I’d rather wait 'till Blizz allows it the usual way. Which I reckon will be when starting at lvl 98 becomes trivial, like it did with the DK’s 55. Untill then, I’m just content with being able to cross-chat with belf DH-s via Demonic.

Edit: Also to create a Demon Hunter on another realm, I’d need a lvl 70+ char there. Which is why it defo doesn’t worth the hassle for me.

Level a dk for 15mins
