MVP Selectively quoted my post and then my posting rights were restricted

Hi,

I made a forum post which an MVP selectively quoted to change the meaning of my post. I was unable to reply to this MVP message due to repeated errors when trying to do so.

I asked how I could complain about this action and then encountered a couple of issues.

1. I received a message say in my post was deleted due to lack of game time, this is clearly incorrect I have an auto renewing subscription.

2. I can not create new topics in the forum which I posted in.

Can you look into this please, it seems like forum moderators might have mishandled this

Your previous thread specifically asked how to report a MVP forum member (quoted: “https://eu.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/t/is-there-any-way-to-report-an-mvp-forum-member/565754” (sic)) and not how to fix forum errors as depicted by your new post here.

These are fairly common issues with the forum software not updating to your current billing status which can be resolved by relogging and/or resetting your password and has nothing to do with Forum Moderation or MVP’s.

If you’re relatively new to the forum it could also throttle your posts which requires other players to post first before you can post again. This is nothing specific but forum-wide.

If you were outright suspended for any action by Moderation, you would see a different text. Seeing as you’ve made a thread specifically asking how to report a MVP this is not mishandled in the slightest if you did receive any penalty from it.
