My 120 boost has disappeared?

So i bought the epic preorder for Shadowlands which obvs comes with the 120 boost and i saw the option to use it (but didnt) i just logged back on to see that it has now disappeared and i cant see it anywhere :confused:

I defiantly havent used it and ive even closed and reopened wow multiple times to see if it was a visual big but its just not appearing

anyone know why and how i can get it fixed :confused:

Do you have multiple WoW licenses? WoW1, WoW2? If so, maybe you got the expansion on one the licenses. If not, then I’d recommend you make a ticket to know what happened.

Ye i do have extra starter accounts but neither have the 120 boost on them, i have all the other benefits on my BFA account like the mount, pet, hearthstone etc just the 120 just got up and disappeared on me

so a random update

i went into char select and backed out and the 120 boost just re appeared lol

not sure if thats the case for anyone else having the same issues but that just randomly worked for me

Don’t worry it did it with me as well. Close WoW, reopen it and it’ll be there, if not, log onto a character, log out and it will return.

Boys can i ask you what item lvl gear and neck you get after boost? Ty

I’d hazard a guess and say no neck. The heart will be like artifact weapons are now.

My boost appeared after logging into a character and logging out.

I’m guessing the neck is a weak green, like back in Legion when we got green weapons.

You do be getting 50 neck and 380 gear if my memory isnt failing me

probably a bug. They added it today. So things like that is to be expected. Don’t worry. they won’t steal your lvl boost:D

Can confirm, pressing and exiting “Create New Character” made the option for 120 boost reappear. Thanks.

I’m glad you’ve got your boost back. When the pre-orders first went on sale some lost their boosts from their screens temporarily. It’s a bit odd. Mine hasn’t gone walkies … yet.

I shall remember that handy tip for the future, should others suffer the same problem.

You get a full set of green 390 gear, 3 pieces of 390 blue Azerite gear (Head, Shoulders and Chest) and a lvl 50 Heart

Your total iLevel is 389.25 as the HoA is 378.

My boost kept disappearing too, I just logged into a character and out and mine appeared.

I don’t think there was really a need to necro this thread.

today blue screen pc crush when restart all adon and wow reseted 2-3 hour past still need log all toons fix will took my all day ii forget riht away kill task fix lua so overwirten and lost all info.didnt have problem before never ever now boost keep dispearing 120.so i think at wtf some saved variable prevent showing it.like order hall or garnsion mission quest show wrong if u not clan caches or some other data .still anooying im not experinced and not aprogramer if someone know told it so can fix for just fix this i wont delete entre wtf folder and couse loooot more trouble to myself.first i paniced then finally seen is there just dont show it.i have 110 boost too but that not dispearing only 120 one eve relog or clicking wityh show when log off change server poff again dispear.
